Join us for Farm to Fork cooking classes with David Hussey, award winning chef. Using meat from the farm, you will learn outdoor cooking skills and sit down to enjoy a 3 course meal with family and friends.

Meet Chef David

Award winning chef from the UK, teaching you outdoor cooking classes right here on the farm.

Here's how it works: Together, we will prepare a communal feast. Students
will learn to manage a fire, cook on it and prepare the key
ingredients of the menu. Chef David will create and enhance the rest
of the menu with the best local ingredients available that week to
bring it all together.

Class Timetable

April 18th 10am-2pm -  Lunch Class: Blackened Pork Porterhouse, Charred Pineapple Salsa, Woodfired Sweet Potato Salad.

May 16th 10am 2pm - Lunch Class: Ribeye Steak, Woodfire Potatoes, Chargrill Summer Vegetables with Citrus Dressing.

June 20th 10am - 2pm -Lunch Class: Spatchcock Whole Chicken with Thyme & Garlic, Summer Vegetable & Aged Parmesan Risotto.

August 15th 10am - 2pm -Lunch Class: Blackened Pork Porterhouse, Charred Pineapple Salsa, Woodfired Sweet Potato Salad.
